Ticket Purchase Terms

Version 1.0 · Effective date: 16 October 2026 · Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Who you are buying from

When you buy a Ticket on QubeTicket, you are buying it from the Organizer of the Event. QubeTicket sells the Ticket as the Organizer's agent and collects payment on the Organizer's behalf. The Organizer's name is shown on the Event page, on your tax invoice/receipt and on your Ticket. The Organizer is responsible for running the Event.

These Ticket Purchase Terms apply to every Booking, whether you are signed in or check out as a guest, and form part of the QubeTicket Terms & Conditions. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read and accepted them, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any Event-specific conditions shown on the Event page.

2. Choosing Tickets

  • Ticket types (for example General, VIP, Early Bird), prices, benefits, sale dates and the maximum number per order are set by the Organizer and shown on the Event page.
  • Some Ticket types are only on sale between certain dates. If ticket sales have not opened yet, the Event page will show when they open.
  • Quantity discounts may apply automatically when you buy a set number of one Ticket type in a single order. They are counted per Ticket type and cannot be combined across types.
  • Promo codes are issued by the Organizer or QubeTicket, may have limited uses and an expiry date, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one promo code can be used per Booking unless stated otherwise.
  • Reserved seating: where an Event has a seating plan, you choose your seats. Seat positions on the plan are indicative; the venue's actual layout, sightlines and accessibility are the Organizer's and venue's responsibility.

3. Ticket holds and payment

  • When you choose seats or Tickets, we hold them for you for a short time so nobody else can buy them while you pay — currently about [10] minutes for seats in your cart and [15] minutes once you start paying. Times are shown on screen.
  • If the hold ends before payment, the Tickets are released and may be bought by others.
  • You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include card payments through Stripe, Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets in India) and PayPal. Your payment details are entered on the payment provider's secure page — QubeTicket does not store your full card details.
  • If you start a Booking but do not complete payment, we may send you one reminder email. Unpaid Bookings are cancelled automatically when the payment window closes. We may send a payment link to complete a Booking while Tickets remain available.
  • If you are charged twice for the same Booking, we will refund the duplicate payment.

4. Prices, taxes and fees

  • Prices are in the Event's currency and include GST/VAT where applicable. Any booking fee, service fee or payment fee is shown before you pay.
  • Any price shown in another currency is an estimate only. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fees.
  • A tax invoice or receipt is issued for every paid Booking in the Organizer's name as the supplier. Business buyers can enter an ABN/GSTIN/VAT number at checkout to have it shown on the invoice (in Australia this is required for purchases of A$1,000 or more).

5. When your Booking is confirmed

A Booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation by email (and it appears in your account, if you have one). We may cancel and refund a Booking if payment is reversed, flagged as fraudulent, or the Ticket was priced in obvious error.

6. Your Tickets

  • Each person admitted gets their own Ticket with a unique code and QR code (for example "Ticket 3 of 10"). A Booking of several Tickets lets a group arrive separately.
  • Each Ticket can be scanned only once. The first scan is accepted; later scans of the same code (including copies, screenshots or prints) will be refused. Keep your Tickets private and do not post them online.
  • Bring your Ticket on your phone or printed. The Organizer or venue may ask for photo ID, proof of age or proof of concession eligibility.
  • Lost or deleted Tickets can be re-sent from your account or by contacting Support, but a Ticket that has already been scanned cannot be reissued.

7. Transfer and resale

  • You may give a Ticket to a friend or family member for no more than you paid, unless the Event page says Tickets are name-specific or non-transferable.
  • You must not resell Tickets for more than their face value plus any fees you paid, or sell them as part of a business, unless the Organizer allows it and the law permits it. Ticket scalping is unlawful in several Australian states and may be an offence elsewhere.
  • Tickets bought or resold in breach of this section may be cancelled without refund, to the extent permitted by law, and the holder refused entry.

8. Entry conditions

  • The Organizer and venue set the conditions of entry (age limits, dress code, bag checks, prohibited items, re-entry, photography, recording and conduct). These are shown on the Event page or at the venue and form part of your Ticket.
  • You may be refused entry or removed without refund if you breach entry conditions, behave dangerously or unlawfully, are intoxicated, or do not meet the age restriction.
  • By attending you accept that the Event may be filmed or photographed for broadcast or promotion, if the Organizer says so on the Event page.
  • Doors-open and start times are set by the Organizer. Late arrivals may be held or refused entry at the Organizer's discretion.

9. Changes and cancellations by the Organizer

The Organizer may need to change an Event (date, time, venue, line-up). What you are entitled to is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: if an Event is cancelled you get a refund of the Ticket price; if it is rescheduled, moved or materially changed you can choose to keep your Ticket or ask for a refund within the stated window.

10. Non-refundable Tickets

NOTE: Some Tickets are sold as non-refundable for change of mind. This is shown on the Event page and you will be asked to acknowledge it at checkout. "Non-refundable" means you cannot get a refund simply because you can no longer attend or change your mind. It does not remove your right to a refund or other remedy if the Event is cancelled, rescheduled, moved or materially changed, or not as described, or where the law otherwise requires one.

11. Our liability

QubeTicket is responsible for processing your Booking correctly and issuing valid Tickets. The Organizer is responsible for the Event. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions, and nothing in these Ticket Purchase Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

12. Chargebacks

Please contact Support before disputing a payment with your bank — most issues are resolved faster that way. If a chargeback is raised on a Booking, the Tickets in it may be cancelled while the dispute is investigated.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

All QubeTicket storefronts run on one website, qubeticket.com, with a section for each country (for example qubeticket.com/in for India). QubeTicket does not use any other domain. QubeTicket is a brand of Raabta Media and Technologies Private Limited (QubeTicket HQ).

The Partner's legal name, registration number, registered address (including its city, state and country) and tax number are shown on that country's section of qubeticket.com and on every tax invoice or receipt issued for a Booking in that country.
