How fast do I get paid?
Payouts are calculated per event and paid out through Stripe Connect after the event, with the platform commission and any applicable GST already itemised.
Do I need to be GST registered?
No — QubeTicket supports both GST-registered and non-registered organizers. Your GST status is captured on your organizer profile and reflected in your payout breakdown.
Can I change or upgrade my plan later?
Yes — you can adjust or upgrade your plan as your event volume grows. Contact our team anytime to tailor your plan.
How long does approval take?
New organizers are typically reviewed within a couple of business days. Verified organizers on our top-tier plan can auto-publish without waiting for review.
