About us

QubeTicket is an online event ticketing marketplace that brings people and live experiences together. From singer concerts and stage shows to comedy nights, cultural festivals, conferences and workshops, QubeTicket makes it simple to discover what's on near you, book in a few clicks and walk in with an e-ticket on your phone.

QubeTicket is a brand of Raabta Media and Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India in 2021, with its head office in Mohali (S.A.S. Nagar), Punjab. From India, we build and run one platform at qubeticket.com that serves event-goers and organizers in every country we operate in, through local country partners who know their markets.

Our mission

We believe every event deserves a full house and every fan deserves a fair, easy way to get in. Our mission is to give organizers of every size, from first-time community groups to touring productions, the same professional ticketing tools, and to give audiences a trusted place to find and book them.

For event-goers

• Discover events near you: browse by country, city and category, including stage shows, singer concerts, live performances, comedy, cultural events, festivals, conferences and workshops.
• Book in minutes: sign in with email or Google, or check out as a guest. Your tickets are held for you while you pay, so nobody can take them mid-checkout.
• Pick your seat: for seated events, choose exactly where you sit on the venue's seating plan.
• Pay securely: trusted payment partners such as Stripe, Razorpay and PayPal process every payment, and prices include applicable taxes.
• Instant e-tickets: every person gets their own QR ticket, so groups can arrive separately. Each ticket is scanned once at the door, which keeps entry fast and fake tickets out.
• Never miss out: join the waitlist for sold-out events, read reviews from people who attended, and earn loyalty points and rewards when you book.
• Your language and currency: browse in your preferred language and see an approximate price in your own currency.

For event organizers

• Start free: create an organizer account in minutes with no upfront cost, and upgrade to a paid plan for lower commission and more active events as you grow.
• Your event, your way: set your own ticket types (General, VIP, Early Bird or anything else), prices, quantities, sale dates, seating plans, quantity discounts and promo codes.
• Real-time dashboard: track sales, revenue and check-ins as they happen, manage sponsors, and keep an eye on event expenses.
• Door scanning built in: scan QR tickets at the entrance with no extra hardware.
• Clear payouts: a transparent commission breakdown on every sale, tax-ready invoices, and payouts straight to your bank account after your event.
• Reach more people: boost your event or book banner placements across the site when you want extra visibility.

Why QubeTicket

• Trusted and transparent: no hidden charges. What buyers see at checkout is what they pay, and organizers see exactly what they earn.
• Fair refunds: our refund policy protects buyers if an event is cancelled or changed, and every organizer's refund policy has to meet the legal minimum in their country.
• Local where it matters: each country runs with local currency, local taxes and local support through our country partners, backed by one secure platform built by our team in India.
• Secure by design: encrypted connections, protected accounts, and payment details handled only by certified payment providers.
• People to talk to: our support team helps buyers and organizers through our Support page, by email and by phone.
